Dream, the quintessential 170-foot (51.8-meter) 2003 Feadship, has just launched from Derecktor’s Shipyard with a complete paint job and a full 10-year Lloyds survey. To celebrate, join IYC for an Open House for your foreign clients, Tuesday June 4, 2013, Hyatt Pier 66 on the Face Dock.

Dream is just that. A remarkable yacht in remarkable condition, meticulously maintained and proud of her heritage as evidenced in the completion of a new 10-year Lloyds survey and a top to bottom paint job at Derecktor’s. For sale and for charter, Dream has a rich charter history and is a yacht fully suited to worldwide ocean cruising, accented by her Dynamic Positioning capability. This allows her to stay in position with the push of a button, using the bow thruster and an azipod retractable stern thruster.

She features enormous volume with seven staterooms including a huge master, and a sublime guest suite on the skylounge deck. For an owner and guests with families, Dream’s layout of the master and VIP suites up with five cabins down, she offers privacy for adults and ample separate space for children. For complete ease of accessibility, four-deck right of entry is available by elevator.

Dream’s interior is a beautiful golden hue with Anigre wood and joinery and inviting décor, soft goods and furnishings. State-of-the-art entertainment systems are found throughout and a complete gym meets all workout needs.

The sun deck includes two lounges, multiple sunbathing locations, a Jacuzzi and its own entertainment system.

Dream is outfitted with a 30-foot HBI Hunt Tender, a Nautica rib tender, two SeaDoo Jetskis and a wide assortment of water toys.
