Frank Grzeszczak and Frank Grzeszczak Jr. of International Yacht Collection (IYC) have made the sale.

The 113 ft (34.47m) yacht is a beautifully crafted and spectacular Burger, the yacht builder’s first expedition yacht and its first full displacement hull in the company's modern day history. Every cubic inch of her represents classic yachting with bold expedition features complemented by a contemporary interior. Her full-displacement hull is ideal for comfortable passages and economical fuel consumption. The yacht’s expansive interior feels more like that of a 120’ yacht and is accented by her exceptionally wide 25' beam.

More, her computer controlled, Zero-Speed stabilization system offers exceptional steadiness in heavy seas or at anchor. Enhancing one’s experience aboard, Top Times's stunning architecture and styling include a dramatic three story staircase; a large family room/sky lounge; a sun deck with hot tub and helm station; a gourmet galley; a full-beam main deck level master suite; four very large ensuite guest staterooms below and crews’ quarters for five including an aft engineer’s suite.

IYC incorporates all disciplines of the large yacht business through yacht management and brokerage, new large yacht construction services, yachts vacation, charter marketing, yacht management and crew placement. Its offices are located in strategic ports of call: Fort Lauderdale and Palm Beach, Florida, Newport, Rhode Island, Nassau, Bahamas, St. Maarten and Monaco. IYC is a member of American Yacht Charter Association (AYCA), Charter Yacht Brokers Association (CYBA), Florida Yacht Brokers Association (FYBA) and MYBA.
