Mercury Marine’s parent company, Brunswick Corporation entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Power Products – Global Marine & Mobile, which includes the global marine, specialty vehicle, mobile, industrial power, and transportation aftermarket products businesses of Power Products. ABYC Announces New Board, Officers
The American Boat & Yacht Council (ABYC) hosted its 63rd annual meeting and announced the election of three new members to the board of directors as well as the election of four officers. The annual meeting included an awards presentation to recognize ABYC members who have provided exceptional service to the marine industry. New General Manager Joins Barrus
