Set at the iconic Kata Rocks Resort, the 2017 Kata Rocks Superyacht Rendezvous (KRSR), co-sponsored by Infinite Luxury and Feadship, cemented the event’s elite status as one of the most important superyacht gathering in Southeast Asia, further developing Phuket’s reputation as the region’s fastest growing yachting hub.

From December 8-10, 2017 the invitation-only rendezvous attracted a growing number of superyacht owners, leading luxury yachting brands, prestigious shipyards and the most respected brokerage houses who leveraged the event’s growing prestige to launch new products in Asia.

More than 20 yachts assembled for this year’s rendezvous, exceeding last year’s attendance. Top yachts included Feadship’s 70-meter MY Lady Christine; the 52-meter Phinisi Schooner SY Zen, Burgess’ 51-meter MY Northern Sun, 32-meter MY Princess Sauvage, two Monte Carlo 86 yachts and MY Grace, the 2017 Sunseeker Manhattan 66 and many more.

The 2017 KRSR featured an excellent social program, including fantastic parties, private dinners, caviar and vodka tastings, superyacht brunch cruises, and much more. The Rendezvous also generated public relations and marketing exposure in excess of $1,100,000, rightfully reaching its five-year target during its second year of operation.
