KEP Marine – the manufacturer of type approved displays, computers and peripherals, announced  the release of the affordable, high-quality KMGBL Glass Bridge Light Displays.


Offered in 12-, 15-, 19- and 24-inch screen sizes, the KMGBL Glass Bridge Light Displays are crystal clear, sunlight readable, LED-backlit LCD monitors, manufactured to KEP Marine’s world-renowned standards. The slim profile and lightweight case is constructed of milled billet aluminum and provides IP68 waterproof protection on the front face and IP65 protection when console mounted. With an operating temperature range of 15 to 130 degrees Fahrenheit (-10 to 55 Celsius), the KMGBL monitors are designed to withstand the harshest conditions. Certified to IEC60945 standards, the USB multi-touch displays are ideal for navigation systems and accept HDMI, DVID, VGA and composite inputs.


The KMGBL touch screen monitors are designed for use in 9-36 VDC systems and are ideal for both pilothouse and flybridge installations. The 12-inch KMGBL-12T features a 4:3 aspect ratio screen with XGA (1024x768 pixel) resolution, 1200 NIT brightness and a 1500:1 contrast ratio. The 15T also features a 4:30 aspect ratio display and XGA (1024x768 pixel) resolution, and also provides 1500 NIT brightness and a 1500:1 contrast ratio. The SXGA 19T has a 5:4 aspect ratio, 1280x1024 resolution, 1000 NIT brightness and a 1200:1 contrast ratio, and the widescreen 16:9 24T provides a WUGA 1920x1080 resolution display with 1000 NIT brightness and a 200:1 contrast ratio.
