IYC announced that Mark Elliott sold Acadia, the Lyman Morse motoryacht in conjunction with Rick Obey & Associates.

ACADIA, 84’ (25.60m) Lyman Morse, 2003
Asking Price: $3,300,000
Location: Palm Beach, Florida USA

Renowned Setzer Design Group drew her to be fast for her type, agile, beautiful, comfortable and ever so endearing to anyone who experiences her. Acadia is, and represents, the finest in classic design. Casual entertaining is easy, thanks to the wide passageway into the pilothouse and the large portside pass-through bulkhead, which separates the galley and the salon. Pocket doors separating the galley and dining area can be closed, creating a more private atmosphere. The white overhead, routed to resemble tongue-and-groove planking, reflects ambient light, adding to the feeling of spaciousness in the main salon. A roomy and comfortable double stateroom occupies the forward portion of the yacht. Bookshelves flank the carved mahogany headboard and allow for ample storage while large port lights and hatches provide generous amounts of natural light.
