Hunton XRS37 To Fly The British Flag in Fort Lauderdale
Hunton, the British manufacturer of high-performance, luxury powerboats and tenders, will bring the XRS37 to the waters of Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
Following a reception at a VIP and press event in Greenwich, Connecticut, the XRS37 has headed south to the warmer climes of Florida and is set to star along the coast with a series of customer and press sea trials throughout the early weeks of November.
Customers in Greenwich were all stunned by the looks and craftsmanship of the Hunton XRS37, Hunton said, but now the seas of Florida get the chance to see the boat in its natural habitat and give customers the chance to truly experience the Hunton’s style and proven performance for themselves.
Often described in the press as the ‘Aston Martin of the seas’ the Hunton range is being distributed in the US by Total Marine, and the Hunton team have made the trip to Florida to oversee the XRS37’s first weeks.
Clad in charcoal grey, the XRS37 will be at the W Hotel, 401 North Fort Lauderdale Beach Boulevard on Friday 1st November, 5-8pm for an invitation-only cocktail reception with Fiona Pool, CEO of Hunton.
“We’ve had a fantastic year both at home in the U.K. and in the South of France, but to cap the year off with our Total Marine partnership is the icing on the cake. We have seen the success of great British brands such as Aston Martin and Range Rover in the U.S., and we’re thrilled to think that we’re taking our first steps along the same line,” said Fiona Pool.
