The Original Dutch Sloop will be at Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show (SCIBS) in May.

Complete with a luxury day bed and seating for 12, fatures of the Dutch Sloop include a hand-laid CE certified fibreglass hull, bow thruster, 50-liter aluminum fuel tank and 27HP freshwater-cooled Craftsman Mitsubishi diesel engine. The boats also include a ZF transmission and water-cooled shaft which drives the encased bronze propeller. All boats are delivered on a galvanized trailer and are fully fitted-out with day bed, cushions, boat cover, canopy, navigation equipment, deck lights, bilge pump, fire extinguisher and teak decking.

Importer Rudy Walstyn said “It is diesel powered and has a shallow 39cm draft which means it is not only economical but also easy to navigate through shallower water with the aid of hydraulic steering and a bow thruster…The encased propeller allows the skipper to run aground without damaging the propeller, while also directing its thrust over the rudder to eliminate potential torque steer.”

Prices range from $39,999 to $49,999 for models 5.8 to 7.8 meters in length.

During SCIBS anyone who purchases a Dutch Sloop will also receive a Fusion remote controlled docking/sound system complete with speakers at no extra cost. The importer is also inviting dealers from across Australia and New Zealand to express their interest as local agents for the Dutch Sloop.
