Transparency Market Research (TMR) forecasts the global market for yacht charter to register a 7.2% CAGR during the period between 2017 and 2025 to attain a value of $14.987 bn by 2025 from $8.123 bn in 2016. World's Largest Sailing Yachts Get the GAC Treatment

GAC has smoothed the transit of the world’s largest sailing yacht through the Suez Canal, and was at hand when she called at ports in Oman and Sri Lanka. The integrated package of support services at multiple ports for the 93-m long three-masted Bermuda rigged schooner ‘Eos’ was coordinated by the GAC Bunker Fuels specialized superyacht department based in Southampton, UK. In Egypt, GAC's Suez Canal Transit Services team took care of her passage through the waterway from the Mediterranean to the Indian Ocean.

AIDA Cruises 2015: Japan to Germany in 86 days

The company published information about the 86-day voyage of the new AIDA vessel from March 22 to June 16, 2015 in a brochure, also presenting initial details of its new generation of ships. On this cruise from Japan to Germany, AIDA guests will get to visit 39 ports in 22 countries on 3 continents. To ensure ample time for discovery, the ship will even stop at some of the ports for a few days, e.g. at the Japanese ports, as well as in Shanghai, Hong Kong and Singapore.
