Jatco Delivers Yacht to Mauritius for UAE Royal
AerOceaNetwork Member Jatco Group recently delivered a yacht to Mauritius for a member of the UAE royal family.The yacht was loaded in Sharjah, UAE and shipped under RORO to Mauritius.Measuring in at 20,6m x 4m x 4,5m, a total of 365m3, and weighing 17tons, the yacht was successfully delivered without any problems.
GAC Pindar Returns as Official Logistics Provider for Volvo Ocean Race
Once again, GAC Pindar and GAC companies around the world will be put to the test by the Volvo Ocean Race. The 2017-18 edition will be the second consecutive time that GAC serves as the official logistics provider for the premier offshore round-the-world race, after its successful collaboration in 2014-15. The group’s marine sport and leisure logistics specialist, GAC Pindar, will work closely with GAC offices around the world to provide a wide range of services for the Race which kicks off in Alicante, Spain, on October 22.

A Monaco yacht show dedicated to the Green philosophy through numerous initiatives aimed at boosting environmental awareness in the world of pleasure craft. On Saturday 28 September, aboard the 55-meter Ocean Paradise built by Benetti shipyards, an event was held which left a notable green footprint on the decks of the super yachts: leading classification company RINA Services and the Prince Albert II of Monaco Foundation joined forces to promote the sustainable use of wood in the yachting industry.
