The American Boatbuilder’s Association Inc (ABA), one of America's leading buying groups for independent boat builders has renewed their water heater contract with Whale Seaward for another four years.

The contract ensures that leading U.S. boat manufacturers including Chaparral, Cobalt, Grady-White, Monterey, Nautic Global Group, Regal Marine Industries, Pursuit, Tiara, Stingray, and Thunderbird will use Seaward by Whale branded water heaters in their systems. Whale will also continue to collaborate with each manufacturer to create complete water system solutions specific to their installation.

Doug Stubbs, Whale Seaward National Sales Manager commented, “We are delighted to secure the ABA contract for another four years and this is a testament to the focus on quality and reliability inherent throughout Whale. Collaboration is key for us and we work closely with boat manufacturers to create systems that work for them – cutting installation times or modifying product to suit their installations. After acquiring Seaward Water Heaters in 2012, this year has been exciting because we are able to offer additional products to our customers. By securing the ABA contract we can continue to focus on innovating our water system products and together create better boating experiences.”

Jay Patton, ABA President stated, “We are pleased to continue our relationship with Whale Seaward for another 4 years. Whale Seaward continues to provide high quality products and excellent technical support to our Members. We look forward to working with Whale Seaward on complete water systems solutions in the future.”
